We decided to celebrate our first year anniversary in Singapore with dinner at our favorite restaurant, Bliss, which is located in our park, Punggol Park. We ordered the same things that we had ordered months ago when we were celebrating Gelle’s new job (of which her last day was last Friday, by the way) – spaghetti aglio oglio (my fave one in Singapore), steak, soup and salad. We just added some chicken wing (without the S in the menu, though there are 6 pieces in one order), focacia bread, volcano dinosaur and a mug of San Miguel Beer. Curiously, Joey remembered every little detail about the food that we ordered all those months ago – down to the lotion-fragrant dressing of the salad and the small potatoes that accompanied the steak.
