The Fairest Cake of Them All

My colleague Farrah baked it. Good news is, she takes orders. So if you want one, just leave a message and I’ll let her know. She left early though, so she wasn’t able to eat the cake and be part of the picture below. It was a crazy busy day, one of those days where everyone was rushing to finish assigned funds and could barely leave their PC’s even for a decent lunch or dinner break. I was grateful for this small window of opportunity for us to be together to eat the cake and take a picture. A very small window which Ivy made possible. Despite the madness, though, it was still a happy birthday overall. 🙂
