So it’s once again time for a recap of my week.
* One of our flatmates moved out to move into a condo, so now we’re looking for someone to take his place. It’s hard to find tenants nowadays, unfortunately.
* I watched a lot of movies on our new movie channels, including the mind boggling Trance and Unbreakable which both had twists in the end.
* I fell sick with fever and colds on Monday night. I popped an aspirin and some colds medicine and fell asleep immediately after getting home, and woke up the next day feeling all better.
* I was so inspired by Jefrey’s weight loss story that I started dieting on Monday, counting my calories and sticking to soups for lunch, tuna or boiled eggs for dinner, and drinking 2 liters of water a day. And oh, I try to start my day with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey stirred into a glass of water. It’s a natural appetite suppressant. The result? I ALREADY LOST 1.4 KG! Yay! Saying no to rice, Filipino food, soda, chips, and cookies was worth it. (Wow that was a long list.)
* Apparently I wasn’t the only one influenced by Jefrey’s story, because some of Jefrey’s friends told him that whenever they go out to eat, they ask themselves, “Will Jefrey eat this?” and change their order to something healthier. Wow. Apparently he has inspired a WWJE (What Would Jefrey Eat) movement.
* While I was eating dinner in the pantry by myself, my friend Merci suddenly approached me to ask if I wanted her to cook healthy meals for me. She already cooks healthy lunches for herself and our friend Nikki and said that cooking for one more was no bother at all and she would be happy to do it, that she really wants to study to be a chef and this would be good practice. Now this is an example of the law of attraction. I wanted to eat healthy and lose weight and boom, she gets thrown my way! Merci, Merci! 😀
* Two of my friends asked me to be a part of their wedding entourage, and I will play two roles I have never had before in weddings – secondary sponsor and maid of honor. This is definitely one of the things that makes me happy!
* I found out about the Heartbleed bug, one of the biggest, most widespread vulnerabilities in the history of the modern web and had to change all my passwords and also informed my family and friends to do so. Here is a list of affected websites.
* My Canon S100 camera’s battery charger died, and I couldn’t find one in a lot of stores I went to in Tampines, so I finally decided to order one online, on Qoo10, which is fast becoming one of my favorite online shops, as you can find almost anything in there. That was also where I ordered my cheap Macbook accessories. It arrived on Friday, in cute purple wrapping and bubble wrap, the latter of which I proceeded to pop the moment I got home. It was just in time so I could charge my camera up for my weekend plans. And yes, I do have some unlike last weekend, and will tell you all about it next week!
So enough about me, what have you been up to?
This post is part of the A to Z Challenge, a blog hop that goes through the alphabet for all the days of April except Sundays.

I had seen the buzz about it but didn't know which ones I needed to change so I'm making my way through the list! Glad you got to feeling better after that first night!
