Friendster Testimonials

A few years ago, Friendster was the ultimate “in” thing. Then Multiply came. Then Facebook. Then Twitter.

Now I rarely even open Friendster except to read Tupe’s blogs. Facebook is so much more fun. But I guess the one nice thing about Friendster that Facebook doesn’t have is testimonials.

So, lest my Friendster account gets deleted someday due to non-use, I would like to transfer the most interesting testimonials that I got from people there. You see, I could ditch social networking sites for the newest “in” thing, but one thing I will never ever ditch is this blog.

hmm…si heidz? nobela na ata suslat ko d2. dami pwedeng sabihin. super funny, super friendly, super bait (kahit CMT officer bait pa din), super sweet, super hyper, sarap iHUG. kakagigil. wehehehe.
miss those high school days. kakatuwa and kakatawa mga teachers. and our note passing. pagandahan ng stationery. and the chat sa yellow pad. heheh.
and your songs, and poems… galing kasi idol natin si Sir Lem… Sir!! may frendster ka? wehehehe.
i miss the way u make me laugh by just being u.

i love heids, she’s a terrific friend and a great person. she can talk your head off at times, but the great thing is that she won’t bore you at all, instead she’ll make you laugh and laugh with all her crazy, sporadic thoughts or cry because she loves to reminisce about the good ol’ high school days.
she’s my ever loyal associate editor, and we’ve never ever had a conflict ever (well, once, over this camera… but i forgive her coz she promised she’d make up for it one day… hehe, kidding, heids!).
i can’t say enough about her, but take my word for it, if you have her as a friend then that’s equal to a million superfriends!

c mama dee is d best! u can count on her anytime! she doesn’t know how to say ‘no’ kc..but truly, she’s always there for her friends, anytime, anywhere.

Heids is one girl who speaks her mind. When she cant speak her mind, she bursts into tears (Deny, deny, deny.)
Now that I’ve come to think about it, I think this girl is insane. Funny, witty, but insane.
She wears purple all the time. I think she’s making a statement about Lent or something.
Sometimes (or maybe most of the time) she gets pikon, and then her bowels dislocate (kidding!)
But she’s sweet. Too sweet even, especially when it comes to the four letter word. FUCK. I mean, LOVE.
She’s always surrounded by her friends from Salt, from the Yearbook staff, from JPIA –i think she’s a born people-magnet.
Very internet savvy, I bow down to her. When she dies and some cult would want to make a movie about her (has to be directed by Carlo J. Caparas), it should be entitled “There’s something about Heidee (God save Mankind).”
She’s pregnant with ideas all the time.

c heidee na cguro ang pinaka senti na nakilala ko. kung gusto nyo magpapayat just go to heidee. effective yung method nyan sa pagpapayat. all u have to do is be heartbroken and magpakadepress. in one week, payat ka na. pero in fairness ngayon blooming na blooming xa.
yan c heidee masarap kasama kasi weird yan. nakakatuwa kasi pag alam nyang corny ang joke nya xa na mismo ang magsasabi ng “corny no?”. hehehe.
tsaka pag nalilito yan mahilig magsabi ng “ano ba yun” sabay kamot sa ulo. hehehe.

Heids & I bcame rily close wen we went 4 a training in Mkati. D things & tyms we shared 2geder der had made us both know each oder bettr. I’l nevr 4get d incident we had wen we crossd on street w/c we were not supposed 2 cross on our way 2 Greenhills. I wish sombody tuk a picture on us der so I cn hv a remembrance on dat. Hehe..
Heids s smart, friendly & very totful. She’s a friend whom u cn count on thru thick & thin. Ders nevr a dull moment wen u r w/ her & we all had a great tym going out late at nyt w/ our fellow grup in training.
1 of Heids specialty is dat she cn memorize most of d songs lyrics. Amazing.
if u hapen 2 c her wearing all purple, dnt b shock. It’s normal coz it’s her favorite color.
She’s also my personal consultant wen it comes to make-up. She’s an expert in it. & tnx so much 4 teaching me how 2 use d friendster & oder websites.

Heidee – one of the most thoughtful friends i have back in college. heids really has a unique way of surprising you with her cutie little notes matched with cutie little gifts…(sounds like novelty shop..hehehe)
kidding aside, she’s one person who really puts justice to the word “listen” everytime you feel your world would crack down to bits in no time. super kalog tamen gad este mujer, pensaba lang se kita bien prim and proper pero indeed looks can be deceiving..(peace,heids..)

si mama dee!! yup! jogging buddy ko yan!! mga nagpapakaplastik namagpapayat hehe!! pero enjoy naman kasi mas ang daming tsika while jogging! and buddy rin kami sa pamamalengke ng prutas after kumain ng lunch!!!
at first akala ko talaga suplada tong babaeng to! pero i got the chance to know her kasi nagkakasama na kami sa gimik and ngayon magkasama kami sa engagement!

Comfort. One word that is used so many times in people’s lives. And that same word may just be the perfect term to describe Google’s company. It is just so easy to be you and not to be worrying of concealing ones flaws. I have known her for 1 month and 4 days now. and with such short period of time, I have learned to adore this girl so much because of her humor, her wit, and her smile. 🙂 I’ll be forever thankful for the privilege of knowing a woman as fascinating as Heidz. 🙂

heids..one of the nicest people i know…laging nakasmile (.”.)….and there’s never a dull moment with her around. i’ve known heids for exactly 2 months and 8 days now and if my memory serves me right, there’s not a day which she hasn’t make me laugh…

Being a new member in a group of already very close friends can be tough… but not when it includes the likes of Heidee. =) She made sure that I was comfortable, that I understood their conversations (to the point that she explains every detail and history behind every story!!), and that I’m having fun as much as they do. Actually they’re all super nice. No wonder, even in a short period of time, I dont feel too much of a newcomer anymore! =)
When I first met this girl, I was struck by her intelligence. She’s super sweet, funny, witty and genuinely caring. Even if she has a lot of stories to share, she still manages to really LISTEN to what you have to say. Truly, we’re very lucky to have her. Love you heidz!

heids has always been there for me… i never thought that we cud become friends kc taga Mars pa aq bck in college kaya d aq belong sa circle of frens nya.hehe but destiny leads us together and we became best friends since khit shes in makati na. we make ways to still communicate. astig din itong adviser. she can make a person feel ok and stronger.

Heids, I never knew we are so much alike until I read your description. Hey, we’ve got lots of things in common. Maybe that’s why we click. Maybe that’s why we are still here for each other.
Thanks for everything heids. I may not show how thankful I am for your friendship but God knows. We have been through bad and good times. I could not imagine my life with you not being part of it. How different it would have been.

She is an epitome of true friendship. She values friendship as much as she values her freedom. She is my best reflection. We both love to try new things, go places and make gala. We both love make-up and to dress up. We both love BOYS. Bwahaha. Kidding… But NO kidding….hehehe.
We both love to be in love. We are figure-conscious. We were both desperate to get fit before Christmas, but decided to postpone it to 2006 coz starbucks’ Creme Brulee was so tempting and we could not say no to heaven and eggs, red ribbon’s blueberry cheese cake, and late night snacks at star mart (of course, courtesy of my generous friend, Heidee).
We both love to laugh and mingle, but there are times when we want to be alone (which I consider as one of the best form of relaxation). We both love to go shopping, most of the time by ourselves. We’re health conscious. We’re daring. We’re sexy. We’re beautiful. We are both poetic, though Heidee is the more blunt poet. We are both moody, at times.

TGH – yes, that night in Roxas Boulevard. One of the most memorable nights I ever had. Because that was the night when I came closer to you, when we became good friends. I was surprised that you were so concerned bout the heart problems I was going through and you gave me not just words but you gave me an inspiration and strength to move on with my life and learn how to accept things as they are.
