Elma messaged me and Chi about a dream she had a couple of nights ago.
The setting was in Makansutra but a little different.
Dee is getting married na after meeting her fiance few months back! And Chi is here is Singapore to discuss with me what we will do to help in the wedding. Chi asked me to take charge of the flowers. We were talking and talking and Chi mentioned she’s staying at their place at Tiong Bahru. Then Chi wanted us to go to IKEA to buy a wedding present. Dee was sitting somewhere and was so happy with her chinito fiancé. He had an ear piercing on his right ear and was wearing a stud diamond.. Then I think we went to a chocolate shop which I’ve never seen before and we were goofing around. Chi was holding 2 balloons. 1 yellow and 1 fuchsia pink. I tried to help her with the yellow balloon but the force was so strong because it tried to slip out of my hand. Dee was still somewhere distant with her fiance. Chi and I boarded a bus to Ikea.
And I woke up after almost 12 hours of sleep! I can’t remember everything.
Maybe it was my subconscious telling me of my wishes for Dee and my wish to spend time with the two of you!
I’m touched that Elma wishes that for me. 🙂
And speaking of touched, I also got this surprise at my desk this week:
It’s actually from Tyne.
I love my gal pals. 🙂
One last thing still related to touching moments this week. I shared a fable I wrote with my college teacher Sir Emir and his reply warmed my heart.
I would like to grab this opportunity to say how thankful I am to God for the poetry in your soul and your unique ability to see with your heart. These keep you child-like. And that is a very rare quality. Keep on, my friend.
