I have a confession to make. I thought about using the “A You’re Adorable” song as my A to Z challenge theme. You know that song, right? The one that goes:
A you’re adorable
B you’re so beautiful
C you’re a cutie full of charms
D you’re a darling
E you’re exciting
F you’re a feather in my arms
G you look good to me
H you’re so heavenly
I you’re the one I idolize ♫
And that’s where we’re at right now – I. Now I didn’t end up going with that theme, but I can still go with that one letter from that song, so today I will list some celebrities I idolize.
Jennifer Lawrence. I think she’s pretty, sexy, extremely talented (an Oscar at 22 – wow) and adorable. She’s the hero of all clumsy people like me, and she played the heroine in my favorite book turned into a movie, Hunger Games.
Steve Jobs. The guy was a genius. I wish I had had a chance to meet him in person before he died. His biography is one of my favorite books, and I totes love Apple products.
Leonardo Di Caprio. He’s a really great actor. I had a crush on him in my teenage days thanks to Titanic, but didn’t really realize how great an actor he was until I saw his acting in Blood Diamond. Somebody give him an Oscar already.
J.K. Rowling. Harry Potter is probably my most favorite book series of all time. Plus I think she’s the first writer who became a billionaire. I could be wrong, though. Her rags to riches story is very inspiring too.
Prince William and Kate Middleton (and Prince George). I’m a sucker for royalty and romance, I guess? They’re an attractive couple trio and they radiate love and happiness. Check out these trivia about the couple.
Benedict Cumberbatch. He’s really good in Sherlock. He’s also one of the most popular actors on the internet. Really. Apparently brainy is the new sexy indeed. I also just found out that people are stealing magazines of him on airplanes so they can sell them for a lot of money on Ebay. How weird is it that a TV detective is inspiring real life crimes?
Neil Patrick Harris. Let’s face it, he was the reason why a lot of people loved HIMYM. He’s so talented that he convincingly portrayed a womanizing guy even though he’s gay in real life. He also sings and dances so well and he is always being asked to host awards events. Talented, I tells ya.
How about you, who do you idolize?
This post is part of the A to Z Challenge, a blog hop that goes through the alphabet for all the days of April except Sundays.
