So sometime last month, I decided to sign up for a blogging challenge, which states:
The A to Z Challenge challenges to post the letter of the alphabet every day during the month of April, with Sundays off for good behavior. We will start with A on Monday April 1st. Whether you go with a theme or freestyle, your post must match the letter of the alphabet for that day.
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
I have decided to go with the theme of alliterations.
Alliteration according to Google |
I fell in love with alliterations ever since my high school Literature teacher Sir Lem told us about it when we came across this passage: “he struck out with strong strokes” in the short story The Most Dangerous Game by Richard Connell. Have you read that short story, by the way? If you haven’t, you totally should! It’s a very interesting thriller, one of my favorite short stories. You can read it here.
So it’s day 1 and it’s just my luck that April starts with A and has the same letter as Alliterations! Haha! Will I luck out on the next days? What will I write about on Day X? Will I survive this challenge? Stay tuned to find out! 😀
You’ll find all the blogs participating in this challenge here. You may want to check some of them out. There are over a thousand blogs. I am #870.

Interesting! As kids, I remember saying these over 100 times with friends… She sells sea-shells down by the sea-shore or Peter Piper Picked a Peck of Pickled Peppers 🙂
Dee says
Yes, I did the same! Also three grey geese on the green grass grazing. grey were the geese and green was the grazing.

Seems sickeningly simple, until you try to come up with one that works well with your work in progress. Good post Dee. Keep up the momentum.
