I was walking around our neighborhood mall, Hougang Plaza, when I chanced upon a new shop called Box Boss on the third floor.
I love places like these so I was super excited when I saw it. There’s another one just like this, called Hako, in Serangoon Nex, and that’s where I found lots of cute jewelry and gadget accessories like a bejeweled stylus-slash-pen. How these stores work is that they rent out “boxes” to several retailers, so you can find lots of stuff in just one shop.
I wish I could show pictures of the myriad of treasures in the shop, but photography isn’t allowed inside. Boohoo.
I can, however, show you what I bought! They are a couple of gadget accessories, both in my favorite color, purple.
Well the earphones are self explanatory. The other one is something not all my friends have seen yet and impressed them a lot when I used them.
It’s a 4-in-1 cable which you can use to charge an iphone 4, ipad mini, and galaxy tab, which have different connectors, even simultaneously if you wanted to. It’s the perfect portable companion to the external battery charger that I got as a birthday present, so I can carry just this one cable in my bag instead of two different ones for my iphone 4s and ipad mini. So cool, right? 🙂

I'm not sure, but I think it's probably because they're afraid you'll copy their designs? Or use the picture to plot a theft? (I watch too much detective tv shows. Don't mind me.)
