Suddenly Slender - A New You Party (Launch of IONITHERMIE Body Contouring System Treatment)

I had a fab time attending last week’s Suddenly Slender launch party for their Ionithermie Body Contouring (IBC) treatment. The event was held at Holiday Inn Orchard grand ballroom, and there was food, prizes, and more.

When I walked up to the sign-up table, they asked me to write my name down on a ping-pong ball for the raffle, pinned a beautiful rose corsage on my dress, and ushered me into the ballroom where I was offered a drink in a goblet before I found a seat. My plus one, Cate, showed up a little bit later and sat down next to me.

Then the program started, where they gave a little bit of a background about Suddenly Slender and the new Ionithermie body contouring system treatment.

IBC originated in Paris, France. French Biochemist Oliver Fouché created it in 1978. Originally developed to treat arthritis, many benefits become quickly evident. These benefits include detoxifying the body, emulsifying cellulite and increasing metabolic rate. IBC obtained an International Patent proving the originality of the concept. The model seemed relaxed and not at all uncomfortable during the entire process, which is important because I have experienced really painful slimming treatments before which have made me not want to continue. I mean, I know vanity has a price but I draw the line somewhere!

I will be able to try this out myself later on because I will be given a sample session to try out, so I will blog more about it when that happens. I am already excited about it. Stay tuned for that.

After the demo, we were treated to a sumptuous buffet dinner. I enjoyed every tasty morsel.

While this was going on, the emcee walked around and asked questions, to which bloggers could answer and get prizes. Cate answered one of them and got a prize, which turned out to be a box of D’Lite Plum, which she later gave to me. We also had one in our goodie bag. I have already tried it and I love it because unlike your typical laxative tea, it doesn’t give you a painful tummy, and it really works!

We were also given one of these organic raw fresh juices from luckyyoucleanse to bring home. I tried the Green B juice, and it was okay. I think the cashew nut milk looks yummy.

And then it was time for the raffle draw. The first name was picked for the third prize – $1000 worth of treatments and a mystery gift (which turned out to be an electric kettle) – it was Cate! Woohoo! See, this means that anyone who is my plus one is lucky! Hint hint! Just kidding, of course it means that Cate is lucky with raffle draws. She has always been.
