Wow the month of May flew by in a flash and guess what? I actually completed my challenge of blogging every day in May!
So I actually am capable of fulfilling a goal. I just need discipline.
And with that in mind, I hope I will fulfil my new goal which I started today, which is to lose weight.
I chose this pair of pants to serve as the goal clothing that I need to fit into. I could zip this shut a few months ago when I first bought it. Now I can’t wear this anymore for dress down summer. Ugh.

The day went okay so far. I ate the lunch and dinner delivered by Nutrition Kitchen and I did not add junk food on top of it.

Well except for one small piece of dark chocolate that I got from this box that a new hire left in the pantry.

I also had a cup of flat white.
But even so, my calorie count is still below the max.

To the point that I got scolded by My Fitness Pal. 😅

But I don’t want to eat any more because I’m also trying Intermittent Fasting tonight. Maybe tomorrow I’ll figure out the exact right amount of food to eat!
