“A stargazer lily is the only flower that has its first bloom at night.”
I have always wished I’d get a bouquet for valentines. 
I even had a picture of the bouquet I wanted in my mind. I didn’t want roses because they’re too common. I wanted an assortment of colorful blooms with a pink lily in the center. Roses used to be my favorite, but eversince I saw the pink lilies being sold in SM, they became my favorite instead.
I was imagining such a bouquet while riding a jeepney on the way to work, then I sighed as I got down, knowing there was no way I was getting one today. I mean, who would give me one?
So imagine my astonishment when I saw the bouquet in my imagination propped up against my CPU when I got to work.
At first I did not notice the note left on my Starbucks organizer, so I wondered where this could possibly come from?
It was only later when I saw the note which bore the names of my princes…the Ceemea boys Thom, Mike and Ryan. Awww… It was Mike who told me what my favorite flower’s exact name is supposed to be — Stargazer Lily.
In the afternoon the TG’s had pizza, chocolates and buko pie in one of the conference rooms. Then for dinner, with the exception of MV who has a boyfriend, we went to Blue Wave with Ryan for our Valentines dinner. There was good food, good singers, generally good fun. This was definitely one happy hearts (and flowers) day.
