I don’t know who first discovered cultures, but I thank him from the bottom of my heart. They’re one of the few things I love that are actually good for my body, and I don’t mind gobbling them up as often as I can. But if the saying “too much of anything is bad” is true, is it possible to OD on cultures? Coz I had way too much of a good thing today. The best of the good stuff, actually.
