Images of Singapore in Sentosa

Cate’s friend Ronald passed by Singapore on his way to the Philippines from Dubai and we toured him in Sentosa yesterday. It’s my nth time to that island but the first time I’ve seen that many people. It was so packed in fact that both sessions for the Songs of the Sea were fully booked. That’s the first time I’ve ever encountered that (and I’ve seen that show five times).

So Ronald missed the show, but at least he got to ride the luge and skyride with Cate (thank goodness it stopped raining).

We also saw the Images of Singapore for the first time, and for free, thanks to our friend Anne who is a manager of Siloso Beach Resort. Our entrance tickets and train ride and Merlion entrance were also free. The luge ride was discounted and I would have joined them if it weren’t so slippery. It was so slippery that a child skidded off the path, flipped and landed on the bushes at the side. Thank goodness he was safe.

After walking around the island, we took some photos in Vivo City then had dinner at Just Acia before heading home.
