We celebrated Elma’s birthday at Balithai in Velocity last Friday. I couldn’t get enough of the squid.

After that we went to Partyworld KTV in Orchard. People laughed when I did my version of Avril Lavigne’s “Happy Ending” with matching emotions and playacting but our favorite performer of the night was Adong, whom I had baptized “Apl” after we had asked him to sing a Black Eyed Peas song. He has great vocals, so whenever a guy song came up we all clamored for him to sing it, yelling, “Apl! Apl!” We loved watching him and Anne dance too. And Anne is such a hot dancer, especially in that Buttons number. We paid for four hours so we stayed till 2am. I actually fell asleep towards the end, but not because of boredom, mind you, I was just exhausted. It was definitely one enjoyable night.
