Gelle’s Birthday Celebration

Gelle had a belated celebration for my hometown friends today at her place. She and Joey aren’t actually from my hometown, but we have sort of adopted them into our group. Gelle found a caterer who made all these delicious Filipino food:

My favorite dish was not up there, though. It was the green mangoes and bagoong that Joey’s sisters brought from Bulacan. That bagoong was to die for, seriously.

Of course we didn’t have just food, we had magic sing (karaoke) and booze as well.
