Cocoa Butter, Caffeine, Synovea ®, Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Licorice Extract, Aloe Vera Juice, Orange Peel Oil, Hydrolyed Soy Protein, Vitamin E, Sunscreens, Sodium Metabisulfite, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Titanium Dioxide, Glycerin.

It is free of parabens, Phthalates, synthetic fragrance or harsh dyes. It is dermatologist tested and safe for sensitive skin.

How to use:

Apply cool, de-puffing metal applicator tip under the eye from the inner corner to the outer 1-2 times.

Using pinky finger, gently tap to blend and smooth any excess. Apply morning on clean dry skin and as often as needed during the day to brighten the eye area.

I did just that, and loved the cooling effect on my eyes, which helps to soothe my bags and depuff them a bit. I think the metal applicator is just genius.

It brightens the eye area, too.
