After a gruelling hike at Dragon’s Back, we had a much deserved sumptuous Thai dinner at the famous Samsen restaurant at Sheung Wan.

I highly recommend Samsen, by the way.
I have been to their Wan Chai branch before and their food consistently blows me away. They have so many flavours that come together so wonderfully.

This prawn salad with the egg has such a complex and refreshing dressing.

We also really loved the crab meat rice and beef cheeks curry whose meat was so tender.

We also really loved the dessert which May decided to order.
If someone asks me to come back here, I will do so in a heart beat.
