When I wake up in the morning and he’s the first thing I see, or even if my eyes are still closed but the feel of my arms wrapped around his soft fur is the first thing my senses register, my day starts off happy.
And I really can’t help but smile whenever I glance at my cellphone and see his face smiling up at me.
Meet Chinoop, or Chip for short. Isn’t he just adorable? I wonder when this – umm – obsession? – or whatever you call this feeling – wears off? I hope never. Lord knows I need a reason to smile. So many thanks once again to Chi and AA for this wonderful Christmas gift!
Aside from this, the other Christmas gift I got this year that I really love is the bedsheet (pictured above as well) that my secret santa Monet gave me. It makes my bed look really neat, a contrast with the rest of my room.
And here are a bunch of gifts that I wish to get, if not this Christmas, then in the Christmases future:
