Singapore’s Pizza Hut has just recently launched a line of pastas which they advertise to be just as good as an Italian restaurant’s.
Yesterday I was craving my favorite pasta, spaghetti aglio olio (sauce consists entirely of minced or pressed garlic lightly sauteed in olive oil, plus hot pepper flakes), and decided to try Pizza Hut’s since it was the nearest (and cheapest too, maybe).
It was not as good as Bliss Restaurant but it’s certainly better than Pastamania or Il Piccolo (their version was so tasteless, worst pasta ever). My major gripe with it is that it was way too spicy. I wish they’d tone it down a bit so that I can actually enjoy its taste.
