According to my friend Kes, her secretary lost 17 pounds in a span of one month (she started dieting last January 5). Her diet? Lots and lots of Del Monte unsweetened pineapple juice and lesser rice than she normally ate. She apparently lost a lot of belly fat.
I’m gonna try it. Wanna join me?

Proof that I’m serious about this. Right after being dropped off at our building, I headed to Sheng Siong, the grocery store right across it, and searched for pineapple juice. I couldn’t find any Del Monte cans but I did find this single pineapple juice brand.
I bought a can then walked outside to taste it, see if it’s really pineapple juice without the sugar. It was. So I went back and bought an entire carton because it costs less per can, in effect giving me two free cans of juice. It was pretty heavy to lift, though. A good thing our flat was just nearby.
Bye for now, need to do my nightly exercise. For tonight it’s a briskwalking session to the library and the park.

will join you. i actually heard of the pineapple juice diet many years ago but i was thin then so didnt really thought much of it.<br /><br />now i need it. starting last week, i stopped ordering iced tea and just get pineapple juice or fit and right.

any hi-fiber diet will do actually. went from 95kg to 70kg in ~6months (july-december) by substituting rice for gulay. juice adds sugar (more calories). try fresh oranges instead (negative calories). 🙂

Whew… This is awesome. My bro tried this and became thin after but he was later diagnosed to have very high sugar in his blood. I still prefer exercise over dieting.. naku! I love eating! 😉

just skip the carbs. go for proteins which are harder to digest but make sure you eat lots and i mean lots of gulay. like a big bowl or more whenever you eat meat. or else you'll end up with pretty high cholesterol levels. the gulay acts like a sponge and absorbs most of the oil and fats. sort of like a natural xenecal. hehe. <br /><br />and i agree, stay away from the sugar.
