I have had it up to here with this agency.
I bought groupons from them for me and my friends and I have been trying to arrange for our trip for what, three weeks now? And they keep on getting the dates wrong and taking forever to respond each time!
And also, their groupon description is very misleading. They never mentioned that some dates were supposed to cost more and that you have to top up of you want to leave on a Saturday.
So I say, never again! Next time I will just book my own flights, thank you very much!
P.S. Unbelievable. Even after we paid an additional 40 sgd each for our April 21 flights, they still gave us invoices for the April 20 dates. That was the fourth time already OMG.
And as if that wasn’t annoying enough, when they gave us the vouchers for our tickets, I noticed that our names were all in the wrong order. I called them and they said it was okay as long as the names were spelled correctly.
I didn’t trust their answer and called Tiger Airways to verify if this was true. As I suspected, they said no. So I had to personally ask Tiger to change the names myself, because I didn’t want to go back to the agency anymore. I didn’t trust them after everything that they had put me through.
This is beyond ridiculous.
Think u should feedback to Groupons to<br />Black list the agency..<br />At least make aware to Groupon to monitor such<br />Merchants, before more people suffer same fate as you…<br />

am encounted it now. the hotel tt i booked had no rooms. n the they transfering me to another cheap hotel tt they said it "similiar" to the hotel tt we wanted.. lookin at the reviews on the internet, its way cheaper n worse then the hotel tt we booked… there goes my honeymoon…………. sucks big time…
Am encounting the same thing now. bought a gateway from groupon n emailed the agency for the dates n they approved. but TODAY, just received an email saying the rooms is not availables n gave me another hotel tt i've google & review the rates n place of the 2nd hotel & the reviews of tt hotel was so bad & the rates are cheaper than the 1st hotel. & the gave us other
I am having the same problem now! I booked the tickets for 29th of jan and they have not gotten back to me at all. I am so irritated but everytime i call, they keep saying my agent will call me back but noone calls. If anyone reading this is planning on booking with p-way, dont do it!
Unforturnately me and my friend have also fallen victim to this agency. Though the dates i have selected is within promotional airfare ( as checked on tigers) they insist it is not within THEIR agency promotional period and asked us to top up airfare and taxes. Hi, I am also having a big problem with this agency. I wished I have read your blog earlier. Their customer service is none to start with. I am utterly disappointed. At this instance, I have already drafted my complaint letter to shoot it to Groupon and CASE. This sort of company should not be allowed to continue operation. They are taking us for a ride. 🙁
I agree with you totally. I took 2 whole months to finalise my travel dates with them. As a consumer, I had to be the one to take the initiative to ask if they have receive my emails, and when will my tour be confirmed. As the review in the "smart local.com" abt p-way travel, it is exactly Wat I experienced when I purchased voucher fr Groupon to port Dickson. Voucher bt in jan, went down personally end jan, asked to wait and till after CNY in feb no news. I totally agree!! Had a very bad experience with the agency! So unprofessional and inefficient!!!I bought groupon for Phuket trip. I had to keep chasing them for my flight n booking status. How i wish i had saw your blog. They dont have the professionality to open up a business. They manager is more worst. She was very rude and she keep on hanging up the phone calls.
