Men’s Fashion Week VIP Night
My friend Nikki invited me to be a member of Senatus.net so that we could get members-only invites to the Men’s fashion week VIP event held last March 22. Luckily we were both able to leave work early that night and met up with her friends Beng and Reiner at the Raffles MRT so we could cab on over to Marina Bay Sands.
Interesting tidbit: Reiner happens to be my schoolmate in college. What a small world huh?
We weren’t sure what to expect, so we thought maybe we should have dinner first before going in.
Good thing we thought about signing in first since it turns out the event had free finger food and champagne. Those macarons were simply delicious but by the time I realized this and went back for more, other guests had realized the same thing and taken everything before I could refill my plate. Oh well. At least there was free-flowing champagne to last the night.

Later on, a slew of models paraded onto the stage showing off different outfits from different brand.
When we were done eating and drinking to our heart’s content, we headed downstairs to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for some drinks and business discussions before heading home. Twas a fun night!
