A few months ago, I ordered a couple of dresses online. When I received them, I was aghast to find that one of them had a huge hole in it. Normally I am such a pushover that I would just shrug and chalk it off to bad luck. But I was in a mood that day, so I wanted justice and sent off this email to the seller.
Hi,
I just received the dresses today and one of them has a huge hole in it! Can I get this exchanged?
After a while, I got this response.
Hi,
I can’t find the hole from your attached picture. Can you please attach a clear photo for me. Thanks.
Ummm… was she blind? How could she NOT see the hole in that picture? 😮
Like I said, I was in a mood that day, so her answer pissed me off. I felt like she was purposely saying things to get out of her responsibility to me, so I responded with this.
That’s my hand showing through the hole!
Here is another picture. The white spot is the hole. If I wear the dress the whole is right on my leg.If you don’t want to replace this, I’ll just lodge a complaint with the website and post my reviews on the internet.
Their online website had a reviews section, so I was really gonna do it. And if they didn’t, well, I have this blog, don’t I? What is the point of having a blog if you can’t use it for things like this?
But then I got this email.
Hi,
Please cool down. I am not say will not responsible for this case. I really cannot see the picture attached pre-email. Now I received it.
I am feel very sorry for this mistake. I will refund $19.90 to you. Please give me your paypal acc.
Thanks!
