One of my problems with my hair is that it is frizzy. I could hide that when I had permed hair, but now that I cut it short, that problem has come back. So when I was given an opportunity to sample Ascience treatment hair mask, I almost literally jumped for joy.
These are the simple steps on how to use it:
Step 1: After shampooing, squeeze water out of hair.
Step 2: Open the jar. Notice how nice the product smells.
Step 3: Apply product liberally on hair, starting from the mid-section to the ends. Since this is a deep conditioner, you should not apply it on your scalp because it can interfere with your hair’s natural oils (sebum) and create build up.
Step 4: Leave product on for 5 minutes. I would suggest washing your hair first before the rest of your body if you want to do this efficiently. Or, you know, you could sing one song while waiting, maybe?
Step 5: Wash product off thoroughly. Be amazed at how silky smooth your hair feels even before you step out of the shower. You can totally feel that this is going to work!
Step 6: Dry your hair.
Step 7: Use once a week for best results.
(Trivia: 7 is my favorite number, so…)
And here are the results!
It really does work! My hair truly became softer and smoother after using it. Yay!!! 😀
What makes this product awesome is that it is specifically formulated for Asian hair. It contains natural Asian Beauty Essences – Lotus flower, Korean ginseng, camellia oil, Aloe essence, pearl and shell ginger leaf that keep hair hydrated and moisturized.
This product will be available from June 2014 at NTUC, Cold Storage and Sheng Siong and is expected to retail at S$18.90 for 180g.
Disclosure: I received the featured product for free. All opinions are my own.Â
I can see the difference! Sounds like good stuff 'cept I don't have asian hair. More fine, straggly, straw like, rat coloured mop. Got anything for that?
Moroccan oil, or coconut oil.
Works wonders for hydrating straw hair!
(Source: My own hair after years of bleaching!)
Ah there you go! Thanks for answering Juliette's question, Amy. I was out of answers! 😀
Thanks Amy – going shopping…..:)
