This morning, my friend Armar mentioned that there was a Pikachu parade at Changi Airport. It was too late for me to catch the event because it happened at 11am, but it wasn’t too late to catch the Pokemon Go Christmas installations, so I told my teammates Yan Ming and Guohao that we had to go there for lunch and off we went.
There are three life size Snorlaxes at the terminal 2 area but it’s hard to take a decent snap because there were kids playing in front. This was the best I could do.
We grabbed our favourite curry fish head for lunch from the hidden staff canteen then walked to terminal 3 for the giant Pikachu installation. The moment I saw it, I yelped, and they had to calm me down.
There was also an installation of new generation pokemon that I am not familiar with.
These are apparently legendary pokemon that would probably not enjoy being petted in real life – wait, what? In real life? Really?
It was a fun lunch outing! Go catch them all at the Changi Airport until 11 Feb 2017!
P.S. Dear Santa, I so totally want that eevee.

What;s a girl gotta do to get her hands on a life-size Snorlax!

Hahaha! Apparently they gave away some life size snorlaxes via raffle draw! Would have loved to win one too.
