Well I had a sneak peek at the Lazada Tsubaki and ZA surprise box so I can show you what’s inside! I was excited to get the box because it’s not just one but two brands – Tsubaki is a Shiseido brand for hair and ZA is for makeup.
When the box arrived, I was surprised at how big it was. My flatmates even laughingly asked if I was going to be selling stuff. We get a lot of packages at home because we all love to shop online, but this really took the cake.
But what could be inside?!?!
There were a number of items in the box, but I am only going to show you those that are pink, for symmetry. 💕
(1) Tsubaki Oil Extra Moisture Balance Care Shampoo (450ml)
Tsubaki is a hair brand by Shiseido, one of the most reputable beauty brands from Japan.
Tsubaki Oil Extra Moisture Balance Care Shampoo is a silicone-free oil shampoo blended with first pressed pure Camellia Oil extract to provide scalp care and moisture control to achieve manageable, well-hydrated smooth hair.
It contains moisture and humidity control ingredients to address ambient humidity and dryness for tangled, dull and rough hair.
(2) Tsubaki Oil Extra Moisture Balance Care Conditioner (450ml)
The conditioner is the sister of the shampoo with the same name. They have the same main ingredients, but as you probably already know, shampoo is for cleansing while conditioner is for making your hair soft.
I like that both bottles have pretty pink packaging and have pumps, so it’s easier to dispense the products. They smell nice, with a sparkling fragrance of fresh floral scents, and it does feel like they moisturise my notoriously dry hair. 💁♀️
(3) ZA Smooth Cleansing Oil (100ml)
Now I’m a fan of the popular Korean two-step cleansing routine, and this product is the perfect first cleanser. The first cleanser is an emulsifying oil or balm cleanser whose purpose is to dissolve makeup, sebum, and sunscreen. Why do we need this and can’t just use water-based cleansers immediately? Because like dissolves like. (Read more about my Korean skincare routine here.)
ZA’s close-fitting oil swiftly suspends and perfectly removes stubborn makeup, pore impurities and clogged sebum. It does not cloud even when using with wet hands and can be rinsed off immediately without a trace of stickiness.
What I love about it is that it is not super oily, unlike other products I’ve tried. It dissolves makeup and sebum quickly and leaves my face feeling smooth yet supple, squeaky clean. On lazy days I think this would even be good enough to be both first and second cleanser.
