When you reach a certain age, you simply can no longer bear to go with the “vanity over comfort” principle when it comes to footwear. But what if it’s possible to have both on equal footing? This is where Lucca Vudor shoes come into the picture.
Lucca Vudor brags that they have the the world’s most comfortable shoes. I wouldn’t know if that’s true because I would have to try all the shoes in the world to prove that claim, but I can confirm that they really do have comfortable shoes.
When I was still based in Singapore, I used to frequently drop by a shop in I12 Katong mall and look for Lucca Vudor shoes on sale. I had bought a pair of their black Italian leather brogues and fell in love with how comfortable they were, so I wanted more.
Lucca Vudor’s shoes are made of top quality Italian calfskin for soft, breathable comfort and handcrafted in Italy. What what makes them really comfortable to walk in is their specially engineered lambskin cushion insoles for added support and lift. Aside from that, they widen each single pair’s toe box to prevent tightness to the feet – happy news to women with wide feet, like me.
They have a lot of designs to choose from, but this time around I was drawn to these beautiful teal coloured ballet pumps. I was in the market to find bright coloured shoes to brighten a monochrome outfit, so this was perfect.
I love that the flats are not completely flat and have a slightly raised heel, which makes it more comfortable to walk in and gives me a slight height increase too, I suppose.
I’m working from home most of the time at the moment, but I can’t wait to get back out there to show off these beautiful shoes to people aside from random strangers that I pass by on the way to the grocery or the post office!
Even though Lucca Vudor is based in Singapore, they ship worldwide. Check out LuccaVudor.com for details.
Disclosure: I was offered a free product in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

Those are pretty looking shoes. I’ve reached an age when I no longer brush my hair every day. Lol! https://www.aboutlifeandlove.com/jason-lapierre
