The best things in life are free, like this ice cream that we had in the office pantry this afternoon!
They brought in an entire ice cream cart complete with an “uncle” serving ice cream in cones or cups. There was a long queue because there are about 300 of us, but luckily Jen and I fell in line before the huge crowd came. Each employee was given a coupon for one ice cream, but because I’m the boss’s favorite, he gave me an extra. Haha just kidding, my seatmate is on vacation so I was given his share.
I don’t know why we have this treat, though. I hope they’re not fattening us up for a kill next week. No wait… it’s month end closing next week so I guess, in a way, it is a kill. LOL.
The ice cream, by the way, was of the brand Walls (or Selecta in the Philippines) and came in different flavors – chocolate, sweet corn, chocolate chip, vanilla and mango. Yumyum! 🙂
After I ate it though, I experienced a problem – I felt really REALLY cold! That’s what you get for eating ice cream in an air-conditioned office! First world problem much? XD
