I was walking to the bus stop when I noticed a lizard on one of the branches of the tree. I was amazed at the way it camouflaged itself, so even though I was supposed to be in a hurry, I couldn’t help but stop, take out my camera, and take a picture of it. If you’ll look closely, you’ll see a lizard in there. Its bottom half is the same color as the tree branch while its top half as the leaves. Cool huh?
When I put away my camera, I was suddenly approached by some guy who asked me, “Why were you taking a picture of the building?” in a suspicious authoritative tone. Like I was a spy or terrorist or something. Good grief! If I were, shouldn’t I be more discreet about it, like use a pen camera to do so, or maybe make like a lizard and camouflage myself in the trees to do so? Didn’t he watch Alias? When I replied that I was actually taking a picture of a lizard and not some stupid building I couldn’t care less about (not in those words, of course), he asked me in a tone of disbelief, “Really, there’s a lizard in the building?” So I showed him the pic. Then he went away. Stupid guy.
